Lucas Scientific LLC was formed ten years ago to sell the FLS-I and FLS-II portable mechanical testers. Peter Lucas has 30 years of experience in the mechanical testing of biological tissues. The company is allied with Wagner Scientific, its manufacturing agent, in both production and marketing.

Mark Wagner has a degree in Experimental Physics with a background in mechatronics and experimental setup.
